on the 1st UK Ziggy Stardust Tour.

This advert appeared on 19 August, 1972 along with an exclusive two-page interview, billed as "The Rise and Rise of Ziggy Stardust". It celebrated the sell-out of the Rainbow Concert and listed the extended dates on the 1st UK Ziggy Stardust Tour added due to fan demand and as a "warm-up" for the 1st US Ziggy Stardust Tour in late September 1972.
